Katrina Pierce gained a BTEC National Diploma at Boston College before joining the University of Lincoln to study BA (Hons) Journalism. Katrina remained in Lincolnshire after graduating and worked in PR and communications for a number of years before joining the Federation of Small Businesses in 2019 as Business Development Manager.
