Molly Massey – MSc Agri-Food Technology, 2019

Molly studied BSc (Hons) Biology at undergraduate level and then completed her postgraduate degree in MSc Agri-Food Technology. She now works as Assistant Production Manager at The Vegan 3, specialising in innovation and product creation of vegan food.

After finishing her BSc (Hons) Biology, Molly knew she wanted to continue on the science route, but down a path of her main interest. Enrolling on the MSc Agri-Food Technology allowed her to specialise and since graduating, Molly has worked as a New Product Technologist and is now an Assistant Production Manager at The Vegan 3, specialising in innovation and product creation of vegan food.

Molly said ‘The MSc Agri-Food Technology degree meant that I could do this! I got to experience knowledge from experts at National Centre for Food Manufacturing and the University of Lincoln and that is immeasurable to me.’

‘Being part of a small course meant that the practical sessions were tailored to us, and it meant that we got to experience a lot on our session days. These included pressing apples at Sandringham Orchard, or using the production equipment at NCFM.’
